After reading our Privacy Policy and continuing to use our site and services, you agree with and accept the terms outlined herein.

NON-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
When using our site, we may collect non-identifying information from you, such as your IP address, operating system, interactions with the site, query information, search patterns, location, referring URL, browser, operating system, cookie information, usage, data transferred, and Internet Service Provider. Without a subpoena, voluntary compliance on the part of your Internet Service Provider, or additional records from a third party such as your wireless provider, this information alone cannot usually be used to identify you.
USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We will never sell, trade or share any of your personally identifiable information to third parties without your written consent or previously informing you. However, we may use your information:

You may edit, delete information in your account profile (if created one), you may unsubscribe from our newsletter and our media platforms and data collecting programs. We will provide you assistance with these operations if requested by you in writing. As long as you do not elect to delete your information you had provided to us and/or unsubscribe from our newsletter, you waive your right to file any complaints concerning unsolicited mail.
After cancelling your account and/or upon completing your participation in our services, we may keep inaccessible copies of your information for a period of time prescribed by law.

Our site uses cookies to remember your preferences and ads, for this reason, you must have cookies enabled in your browser. Some or all of our cookies may be accessible by third parties. THIRD-PARTY ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION
Although you are entering into an agreement with Nautical Navigation LLC, we do use third parties to assist and aid us, including contractors, partners, government agencies, Web hosts, media platforms, softwares, etc. Throughout the course of us providing our services to you, we may collect, access, use, and disseminate your information. By reading this policy and continuing to use our services, you agree to our use of your information towards third parties in the manner and for the purpose described herein. Furthermore you agree not to hold Nautical Navigation LLC and/or individuals in its employ liable for the unlawful actions of any third parties resulting in a tort or crime against you and/or your privacy. You must take legal action against these parties directly.
THIRD PARTIES
We may post links to third party Web sites. These sites may publish information that we have no control over. When accessing a third party site through our site, you acknowledge that you are aware that these third party Web sites are not screened for privacy or security issues by us, and you release us from any liability for the conduct of these third party Web sites. We bear no responsibility for the information collected and/or used by any advertisers and/or third party Web sites.
DATA TRANSFER
Your information may be transferred to and/or maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where privacy laws may be different from those in your region. We are not liable for information that is inaccurate due to faulty software. By having read the terms herein and continuing to use our site and services, you agree to such submissions of information.
LAW ENFORCEMENT
We may disclose your information to authorities if compelled to by a court order. We may also disclose, without notice, your information if we reasonably believe that you have violated US, EU and/or international law, the terms of our Privacy Policy, in order to protect the rights of our company, its affiliates, the people in its employ, or if we believe that a third party is at risk of any harm. If we receive a subpoena that may affect your privacy, we may notify you to give you an opportunity to file a motion to quash the subpoena however we are not bound by law to do so. We may also report you and/or release your information to third parties if we believe it is legally appropriate and when we believe your actions may violate the law and/or the terms of our Privacy Policy. You release us from any damages that may arise from or relate to the release of your information by a request from law enforcement agencies or private litigants.
INTERNATIONAL PRIVACY RIGHTS
We are governed by US law.
SECURITY MEASURES
We take reasonable measures to protect your information by using SSL certificates and PCI/DSS compliant hosting. However, we are not able to guarantee the security and/or privacy of your information once it is released over the Internet. We recommend that you use anti-virus software, routine credit checks, firewalls, and other precautions to protect yourself from security and privacy threats.
AMENDMENTS
We may amend the terms of our Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do so, the date of amendment will be listed in this agreement. If continuing to use our site and services, you agree to the amendments of these terms.
